Site analytics
If you allow analytics, Keystone records anonymous page views, browser-session counts, device category, referral source, and interactions such as service, contact, newsletter, and checkout clicks. Keystone does not store your name, email address, IP address, or full query string in analytics. Your preference is stored in your browser, and analytics are not recorded if you decline.
Newsletter and inquiries
When you join the Insights list, Keystone stores the email address and any optional name, organization, audience, or course-interest information you provide. This information is used for Keystone updates and relevant follow-up. It is not sold or shared for third-party marketing.
If you request a conversation, product information, or suggest meeting times, Keystone stores the contact details, selected product, and company, context, and scheduling information needed to send the requested response and continue the conversation.
Email delivery
Keystone uses Resend to maintain the broadcast mailing list, deliver newsletter issues and learner sign-in codes, and process unsubscribe preferences. Email addresses are shared with Resend only for those purposes.
Course purchases
Stripe processes course payments. Keystone does not receive or store your complete card number. Keystone stores the customer email, course, payment status, amount, and Stripe transaction identifiers needed to confirm a purchase and provide access.
Course participation
When the learning area launches, Keystone may store enrollment status, completed lessons, quiz attempts, scores, and uploaded course work. Keystone also stores short-lived email verification records and session data so learners can sign in, resume their work, and receive completion records.
The private learning area also records an anonymous session presence signal while the page is open. It is used to show the administrator how many learning sessions were active in the past five minutes and is not used to identify the learner in that live count.
Choice and access
Each newsletter will include a way to unsubscribe. You may also ask Keystone to correct or remove your information, subject to records that must be retained for payment, accounting, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.
